Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. GIVEAWAY FOR QUALIFIED RETAIL BUYERS ONLY.
(1) Eligibility: Offered only in the state of New York to legal U.S. residents at least 18 years old who are retail buyers properly registered for, and who are attending, the New York International Gift Fair in New York, NY held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and Piers 92 and 94, August 16-21, 2008, in New York, NY held August 17-20, 2008 at the Metropolitan Pavilion (collectively, “Shows”). Employees, officers and directors of George Little Management, LLC, ( “Sponsor”) and its parents, affiliates or subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings and children wherever they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, officers or directors (whether or not related), are not eligible. Further, manufacturers, manufacturer’s representatives, press, industry guests and exhibitors (as indicated in the “Badge Type” section of the attendee badges) are not eligible. By participating you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Void where prohibited.
(2) Promotional Period: The Giveaway shall take place from 9 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday, August 16 – Monday, August 18, 2008 and Tuesday, August 19 until 2:00 PM.
(3) Redemption Period: The Prize must be used for the Tuesday, August 19, 2008 Mets baseball game as defined below.
(4) How to Participate: To participate you must be registered as a retail buyer for and attend the Show [manufacturers, manufacturer’s representatives, press, industry guests and exhibitors (as indicated in the “Badge Type” section of the attendee badges) are not eligible]. From Saturday, August 16 – Monday, August 18, 2008 and Tuesday, August 19 until 2:00 PM attendees must pick up an entry form in the registration area of Javits Convention Center, Metropolitan Pavilion, Pier 92 or Pier 94, fill it out and then drop it in the specially marked box at the Metropolitan Pavilion. Pre-registration is free for qualified retail buyers. Completed pre-registration requests must be received by Sponsor by Tuesday, August 19 at 2:00 PM. The fee for on-site registration for qualified retail buyers is $50. Retail buyers may register on-site from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm on August 16, 2008. Two winners will be drawn at random and notified by 2:30 PM on Tuesday, August 19.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible person. Not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, or illegible entry forms. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of entry forms accepted.
(5) Prizes/Odds: There will be two (2) Prizes for the Promotional Period. Each Prize includes:
• Two (2) tickets to the New York Mets v. Atlanta Braves baseball game at Shea Stadium at 7:10 PM on Tuesday, August 19, 2008;
• Private car service to Shea Stadium from Manhattan; and
• $20 in Mets Money
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Only the named winner may use this prize. A substitute prize will not be awarded if the winner is unable or unwilling to use the prize. If the winner is unable or unwilling to use the prize, another winner will be chosen. There will be no changes or modifications made to any of the above terms.
Odds of winning in the Giveaway drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize cannot be transferred or assigned. No prize substitution, except by Sponsors, in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of equal value. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Prize will be awarded only in conformity with winner’s employer’s policy regarding participation and accepting prizes in trade incentive promotions.
(6) General Conditions: Where permitted by law, winners grant (and agree to confirm said grant in writing upon the request of the Sponsors) to Sponsors, and those acting pursuant to Sponsors’ direction or control the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Internet, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notice, review or approval. Further, winners will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release within the time specified as determined by Sponsors. If the documents are not returned timely, or if prize or prize notification (i.e., the Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release) is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found not to have complied with these Official Rules, or is ineligible for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and donated to either an alternate winner or the charity “Gift for Life.” Winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, as deemed appropriate by Sponsors, prior to the award of a prize. By participating, participants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsors, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons (including, without limitation, death and property damage), arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity.
(7) REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: To have your name and address removed from Sponsors’ Giveaway mailing list call toll-free (800) 272-SHOW or write to Betty Wilson, George Little Management, LLCGLM, 10 Bank Street, White Plains, NY 10606, and state that you would like to be removed from the customer Giveaway database. Your name and address will be removed from Sponsors’ Giveaway mailing list within sixty (60) days after receipt of your request, after which time no further mailings will be sent to you.

Pre-registration is free for qualified retail buyers. Completed pre-registration requests must be received by Sponsor by Wednesday, August 13 at 5 PM.
The fee for on-site registration for qualified retail buyers is $50. Retail buyers may register on-site from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm from Saturday, August 16 – Tuesday, August 19 and on Wednesday, August 20 from 9 AM to 2 PM. Attendees must pick up an entry form in the specially marked counters Pier 92 and Pier 94, the registration counter at the Metropolitan Pavilion or the GLM special events booth at the Javits Center. Attendees must visit both Pier 92 and Pier 94 and have entry form validated at EACH pier location. Once complete, the entry form needs to be deposited it by 3:00 PM on August 20, 2008 in the designated raffle entry box at either Pier 92 or Pier 94. One winner will be drawn at random and notified by 6:00 PM on Monday, August 25, 2008.

(4) Prizes/Odds: There will be one (1) Prize for the Promotional Period to include two (2) round-trip coach plane tickets from anywhere in the continental US to anywhere in the United States or the Virgin Islands, not to exceed a $500 per ticket. Prize is not redeemable/exchangeable for cash. Reservation must be made at least 45 days prior to departure. No changes or cancellations are possible after the reservation has been ticketed. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2008. A number of blackout dates do exist over holidays and other periods where travel is not permitted. The ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable. Only the named winner and his/her companion can use these tickets. The named winner and his/her companion must travel on the same round trip itinerary. Overnight lodging enroute, if necessary, is at the expense of the prize winner. All reservations are subject to airline availability. All travel must be in and out of the same city; no stopovers are allowed. A substitute prize will not be awarded if the prizewinner is unable or unwilling to use the ticket. Travel Planners Inc. and/or their agents act only in the capacity as agents for customers in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations and transportation whether by railroad, motor car, airplane, or any other means, and as such are not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late train or plane arrivals or departures or by any change of schedule or condition from any loss, injury or damage to any person or property from any cause whatsoever. Baggage handling throughout the trip is entirely at the owner's risk. There will be no changes or modifications made to any of the above terms. Maximum prize value is $500 per ticket.
